1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using pure.ink (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. The Service is provided by Colabo Labs LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company that operates pure.ink (“we,” “us,” or “our”), to you (“Artist” or “Client,” depending on role).

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to take bookings in your jurisdiction. Artists are responsible for complying with all local licensing, health, and tax laws related to providing tattoo services.

3. Content and conduct

Artists own the content they publish on their mini-site, including portfolios, services, and descriptions. You grant Pure a non-exclusive license to display that content as required to operate the Service. Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, infringing, or that violates third-party rights.

4. Client data

Intake forms, reference images, and CRM entries are visible to the Artist they were submitted to. Pure processes this data on the Artist’s behalf under our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, bookings, or revenue.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from settings.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be announced via email.
